The Herald Mail: HARPERS FERRY, W.Va. - Dorothy Emma Meyer, 91, of Harpers Ferry, died Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2002. Born Aug. 18, 1911, in Berea, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Arthur J. and Emma C. Ehrbar Deex. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert T. Meyer, Ph.D. She was a registered nurse. She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Harpers Ferry. She is survived by one son, Andrew P. Meyer; two daughters, Carolyn M. Johnson and Virginia M. Abbott; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Frederick J. Meyer. Services and burial will be private. Memorial donations may be made to The Catholic Church Extension Society, 150 S. Wacker Drive, 20th Floor, Chicago, IL 60606.
