• Prior to rceiving her nursing degree Tracy was the manager of her local bank and a Vice President of the corporate office. • She received a degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing in May 2008. The initial practice of her profession started in the ICU at St. Edward's Mercy Hospital in Ft. Smith, Arkansas where she was selected and trained to take care of fresh bypass heart patients as well as other ICU patients. Tracy married Robert BAILEY, son of Robert Newton BAILEY and Julia BIGGS.
