Raymond Richard Roginski, 67, of Caroline County, formerly of Spotsylvania County, died Thursday, Sept. 18, 2003, at his home. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of the Masonic Lodge. He had retired from the National Botanical Gardens and Geico. He is survived by his daughter, Mary Deex of Spotsylvania. He was preceded in death by his wife, Holdine B. Roginski, and a grandson, Jonathan Deex. A funeral will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg, with the Rev. Roger Balcom officiating. Burial will follow in Quantico National Cemetery with military honors.
